Mutual Consultations were Held to Improve the Scientific Work
As a result of the innovative policy of our esteemed President for the development of fundamental and practical science, strengthening its capabilities, successful work is being carried out to create qualitatively new directions of important scientific and technological developments, human capital formation, and the development of talented young people.
Regular educational seminars are held for postgraduate students, doctoral students, young scientists and undergraduates in educational institutions of the country. In order to acquaint them with the best practices of the world, to broaden their horizons, to improve their skills, to develop innovative technologies, they are also training them in advanced scientific centers abroad.
According to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan dated July 9, 2021, the opening of the Master's program at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan will also help young professionals in our country to practice and improve their scientific skills. The Institute's International Law Faculty conducts courses in International Public Law and International Private Law.
On April 1, 2022, teachers of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law held a joint consultation with undergraduates majoring in International Public law and International Private Law. The undergraduates made special presentations on their research papers. In the speeches, they mainly spoke about the content, innovation, relevance of their scientific work, its purpose and tasks in a wide and clear way. Among them are G. Amanov's "Bilateral Investment Agreements in International Law (Turkmenistan's Experience)", Sh. Ashirova's "National and International Legal Framework for Real Estate Law", A. Tahirova's "Legal Framework for Notarial Institutions in National and International Law", Particular note has been made on the content and implementation of S.Agayev's scientific work "International Law and National Legislation: International Legal Initiatives and Practices in the Example of Administrative Law".
The active participation of teachers and undergraduates in international conferences on the fields of International Public law and International Private law greatly contributes to the further development and improvement of their knowledge of international law and their scientific work.
