Impressive Tour
On October 15, 2024, a trip to the monument complex “Halk Hakydasy”
and the cultural park complex “Magtymguly Pyragy” built in Kopetdag field was
organized by the first women’s and first youth organizations of the Institute of
International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During
the visit, the students learned interesting information about the history of the
monument complexes.
Students also visited the magnificent statue of Magtymguly Pyragy, the great
son of the Turkmen, the famous sage of the East, built in the foothills of Kopetdag,
and the cultural-park complex that was promoted by our Hero Arkadag.
Magtymguly Pyragy’s name and his poems were as a voice heard from the
mountains in his time and years after that, and spread all over the world. The
unique and valuable aspect of this name and voice not only represents the dignity
of the single individual, but also the name and reputation of the entire Turkmen
nation. The tour was of great importance, increasing the interest of the young
people in our rich history and their pride in our land, and in educating the young
generation in the spirit of high patriotism.
