THE INSTITUTIONAL LEVEL OF THE COMPETITION «STUDENT BEAUTY-2025» HELD
On February 21, 2024, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Central Council of the Women’s Union of Turkmenistan organized a competition “Student Beauty-2025”. It took place at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan annually on the occasion of the International Women’s Day in order to reveal the beauty, good manners, national traditions, spiritual and moral values, culture of our people.
Student girls of the faculties of the International Relations, International law, International Economic Relations, International Journalism performed at the institutional level of the contest “Student Beauty-2025”, who competed among themselves on three conditions. According to the first task, the students demonstrated the traditions of the Turkmen people, their ability to art and creativity, skill in performing delightful compositions, songs and poems under the slogan of “International Year of Peace and Trust”. In addition, based on the book “Bereketli Türkmen saçagy” (Blessed Turkmen Table) by the Hero Arkadag, the student girls competed in cooking Turkmen national dish “Un ash” (noodle) and making embroidery under the slogan “Hünärim bar- hormatym bar” (I have a profession- I have respect).
The student girls, who participated in the beauty contest, performed under the slogan by the National Leader of the Turkmen people: “Patriotism, loyalty to the family, wisdom, artistic skills are the national qualities that have raised the name and dignity of our mothers and daughters-in-law to high levels for thousands of years”.
The jury included a representative from the Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan, who evaluated the performances of the contestants. Sulgun Yaylymova, a 1st year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations, was awarded the grand prize. According to the results of the competition, the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and the Nature Protection Society of Turkmenistan awarded souvenirs to the winners.
