THE PRESENTATION CEREMONY OF THE JAPANESE TRANSLATION OF THE BOOK "YOUTH - THE SUPPORT OF THE MOTHERLAND"
On December 18, 2024, a presentation ceremony dedicated to the Japanese translation of the book "Youth - the support of the Motherland" («Ýaşlar – Watanyň daýanjy») by our Honorable President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of representatives of the diplomatic corps, and accredited Turkmen ambassadors abroad as well as professors, lecturers, and students.
In turn, the rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Gulshat Yusupova, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov , the head of the Turkmen-Japanese group for economic cooperation, member of the Board of Directors, responsible vice-president, President of the ITOCHU Corporation Hiroyuki Tsubai, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Turkmenistan Hiroshi Sasaki, the Japanese language teacher of the Department of World Languages of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Dunyagozel Babakhanova, the Japanese language teacher of the Department of Foreign Languages for Technical Directions of the Oguz Han Engineering and Technology University of Turkmenistan Maysa Tuvakbayeva delivered their speeches in this ceremony. In their speeches, they emphasized the constructive relations between Turkmen and Japanese,which are strengthening year by year.
Speaking about Turkmen-Japanese relations, friendly relations have been maintained between our countries for many years, and cultural weeks and various events are widely held. The holding of such events is a sign that our Hero Arkadag, Hero Arkadagly Serdar pay great attention to international cultural and diplomatic ties and indicates that a number of other events will be held in this sphere. In addition, within the framework of the "Central Asia - Japan" dialogue, special attention was paid to the political-diplomatic, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian spheres. It should be noted that the translation of the book into Japanese is also a vivid example of strengthening such relations.
They also noted that the book of our Honorable President “Youth – the support of the Motherland” was warmly welcomed not only by Turkmen youth, but also by foreign youth. Moreover, this book serves as clear evidence of the successful implementation of the Youth Policy of Turkmenistan within the framework of the “Strategy for International Youth Cooperation for 2023-2030”, the implementation of which contributed to the active involvement and participation of Turkmen youth in international events.
It should be noted that the Turkmen-Japanese relations have evolved into a strong and multifaceted partnership, which is marked by Japanese translation into Japanese of the book of our Honorable President "Youth - the support of the Motherland", which will help our Japanese friends to get acquainted with the youth policy of Turkmenistan and the achievements of Turkmen youth.
The speeches were accompanied by thunderous applause and the ceremony ended with words of gratitude to our Hero Arkadag and our Hero Arkadagly Serdar for creating such opportunities.
