International Journalism: with the principle of tutor-disciple
The particular attention is paid to the training of high-level journalists at the working meeting of the President of Turkmenistan on January 25, 2020, on January 23,2020, through digital video communication, as well as to journalists’ best practices in modern digital cameras, computers, design and journalism.
A practical lesson was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of Ogulmaysa Allaberdiyeva, an Eeditor-in-Chief of the ‘Literature and Art’ newspaper and the students of the Faculty of International Journalism.
During the practical lesson, Ogulmaysa Allaberdiyeva told to the young journalists about the achievements of our country, gained under the leadership of our esteemed President and the work of journalists and their contribution to the worthy coverage of the country's development, domestic and foreign policy and at the same time she emphasized that it was responsibility for all young people.
So, she also deeply appreciated the efforts of our journalists, writers and poets, who have left a great trace in the Turkmen literature and journalism in the development of the tutor-disciple path, which is now in the centre of our dear Arkadag- and she also emphasized that doing so should be the main goal of every student, studying journalism.
Training a skilled professional is a requirement of the times. Therefore, he advised that every young journalist who aims to achieve mastery should work tirelessly and take a firm approach to everything.
She addressed and spoke effectively about the multidisciplinary, multi-disciplinary, creative, mentoring work, published for more than 60 years in the "Literature and Art" newspaper, the materials, presented under meaningful rubrics, tutors' skills in editing them, worthy contributions to the newspaper's beloved reading. So, she added: “The newly created“ Poet's Word ”column in our newspaper will be very useful for young people. Because we will create a creative school for young people in that category by publishing the memoirs and advice of the master poet Gozel Shagulyeva, the hero of Turkmenistan, our late writer-poets Gurbannazar Ezizov, Kerim Gurbannepesov, Chary Geldimuradov ... ”. On creating such creative school she urged that the future journalists would read and work on these materials regularly to encourage their work on themselves in order to become professionals who are worthy of the trust of our HeroArkadag.
At the end of the practical lesson, which was effectively conducted with creative, informative answers to various questions, the participants expressed their deep gratitude our dear Arkadag for the opportunity to read, study, create and work creatively.
