Our first days of entry into the year “Turkmenistan - Homeland of Peace and Trust”, which is heading on directions full of changes in the era of Power and Happiness of our sovereign state are filled with great achievements and new beginnings.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to China Chinar Tajievna Rustamova who has made a great contribution to the development of our country over the years of independence, has become an example of hard work and good manners for the Turkmen youth.
Being Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the People's Republic of China, as well as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Mongolia, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Turkmen woman has made a significant contribution to the development of the country's foreign policy and diplomacy, to the establishment of good relations between the countries, and she is still working in the diplomatic service.
Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Chinar Rustamova, as a senior lecturer in the Department of Social Sciences of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, is happy to share her rich experience in training young international specialists.
Currently, Turkmenistan is building reliable political, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations not only with neighboring countries, but also with non-CIS countries.
In particular, a lot of works is being done to establish positive cooperation with the United Nations, which unite the nations. Much attention is paid to the establishment and strengthening of cooperation with UNESCO (the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization), which plays an important role in international relations.
The appointment of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Rustamova Chinar Tajievna to the post of the the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for UNESCO of Turkmenistan provided her with another opportunity to continue her career in the field of cultural and scientific development. Chinar Rustamova once again proves her desire to serve our dear Motherland with all her heart on the international arena.
