The Seminar was held by Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Russia
On December 6 , 2024 , a seminar was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the Training Center of ,,Water diplomacy” for Priority Areas of Diplomacy in Turkmenistan and was conducted by Esen Aydogdyyev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation. It was participated by the teachers and students of our Institute.
The Ambassador represented the bilateral relations between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation, as well as their cooperation within the international organizations. He also talked about diplomatic service, protocol and ethics of diplomacy in Russia.
The Seminar was useful for participants who received interesting answers to given questions.
