SEMINAR HELD BY THE CONSUL OF TURKMENISTAN TO THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF GERMANY
On December 27, 2024, a training session on Water Diplomacy was held at the
Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Turkmenistan, as part of the student training program. The session was conducted
by Murat Ozbekbayev, the Consul of Turkmenistan to the Federal Republic of
Germany. Faculty members and students of the institute participated in the event.
The Consul highlighted the development of Turkmen-German relations, which are
based on mutual respect, friendship, and consideration of each other's interests.
The Consul also emphasized in detail about the peculiarities of the consular service
of the Federal Republic of Turkmenistan.
The session generated significant interest among the students, who had the
opportunity to ask questions and receive insightful answers.
