“LET’S SPEAK UP” CLUB CONTINUES IT’S WORK
On May 16, 2023, the ninth meeting of the “Let’s speak up” club was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This meeting was devoted to "A business game aimed at developing leadership qualities". One possible method to develop leaders is the use of experiential techniques based on business games. This game involves critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proper workplace communication. During the meeting, a video on the topic was shown and discussed. A realistic business environment was modeled in a business game of a certain theme. The participants of the game, through trial and mistakes were looking for the optimal solution to the problem that the leader creates, and as a result, they acquire new leadership skills and experience that they can apply in their work in the future.
At the end of the meeting, an exchange of views and a conversation took place between members of the club.
