Young journalists competed
On October 11, 2021, was organized a competition of videos among the students of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan that depicted the economic progress in relations between our country and International seaports. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd year students of the International Journalism faculty of International Journalism and the 1st year students of Political Communication and Internet Journalism depicted in their videos the economic development of our country achieved by the cooperation with seaports of the Caspian Sea. Every video prepared by the students distinguished with its features and includes information about the opportunities of the International seaport, built in the city of Turkmenbashy. The videos also demonstrate the activities carried out in our country, and the goals of developing cooperation with countries of the Caspian Sea in spheres of the economy and transport-logistics activities, within the framework of the Caspian summit, as well as our country’s efforts to protect the ecological purity of the Caspian Sea, the importance of holding the Caspian summits, as well as our country’s efforts in protection ecological cleanliness of the Caspian Sea. Jury members of the competition gave the first place to the video of the 1st year student of International Journalism faculty. The second place was given to the video of the 2nd year student of International Journalism and the 3rd place – the video of the 3rd year student of International Journalism and the video of the 1st year student of Political Communication and Internet Journalism. Special prizes were given to the winners of the competition. Regularly organizing of this kind of competitions motivates the students, who study a higher education in the field of journalism, and enlarge their love to the profession.
