This Regulation on the online Olympiad among pupils of the 11th grade of secondary schools of the country have been developed in order to implement the Plans for the implementation of the Concept for the development of the digital education system in Turkmenistan and the Concept for improving the teaching of foreign languages, approved by the Decrees of the President of Turkmenistan, as well as in order to introduce innovations in the education system, implementation of career guidance for schoolchildren.

Present Regulations is a regulatory document for the organization and conduct of the online Olympiad and determines the procedure for its conduct. The identification of talented and capable youth, devoted to their country, people, respected President of Turkmenistan, appears to be the main task in the context of the harmonious integration of the educational system of Turkmenistan into the scientific and educational space of the world. The online competition will help identify talented young people in the country who are able to successfully apply innovative technologies and independently solve complex problems in the rapidly developing market economy of Turkmenistan.
The goal of the Olympics
Identification of erudite schoolchildren, increasing the level of knowledge and skills in mastering digital technologies, determining the level of knowledge in subjects taken at entrance exams.
The procedure for organizing and holding an online Olympiad
1. The 11th grade pupils of all schools located in the country have right to participate in the Olympiad. Before March 20, 2023, you must send the relevant information to the email: Registration of participants will last until April 3, we announce that I round is held on April 8, 2024, II round is on April 10, 2024 on the following addresses in Ashgabat and all regions.
Schedule of the first round of the Olympiad:
a. Ashgabat and Akhal velayat - at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;
b. Balkan velayat - Balkanabat vocational school of Turkmennebit concern;
c. Dashoguz velayat - Turkmen Agricultural Institute;
d. Lebap velayat - Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seidi;
e. Mary velayat - State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.
2. A report on schoolchildren who successfully passed the first stage will be sent to the Main Departments of Education, and a special login / password will be sent to the e-mail of the participants to access participation in the second round and pass remote testing.
Schedule of the II round of the Olympiad:
a. Ashgabat and Akhal velayat - at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan;
b. Balkan velayat - Balkanabat vocational school of Turkmennebit concern;
c. Dashoguz velayat - Turkmen Agricultural Institute;
d. Lebap welaýaty – S.Seýdi adyndaky Türkmen döwlet mugallymçylyk inistitutynda;- Lebap velayat - Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute named after S. Seidi;
e. Mary velayat - State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan.
The procedure for determining and awarding winners
1. List of schoolchildren who showed high results in the Olympiad of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan approved by the reсtor.
2. The winners who were honored I, II, III places, as well as the holders of incentive places, will be awarded with the Certificates of Honor of the Institute and memorable prizes of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan on the day of the "Open doors" of the Institute, which will be held on May 8, 2023.
