Young Messengers of Peace in the finish line
On June 18, 2022, the School of Young Diplomats of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the final game of the intellectual contest "Young Messengers of Peace" among schoolchildren. The main theme of this decisive game was "The Great Initiative of Our Hero - Arkadag: Dialogue is the Guarantee of Peace." Traditionally, on the eve of the final game, special lessons were organized for young messengers with the participation of the lecturers of the Institute on the main theme of the competition. In the course of the lessons, students were provided with valuable information that would be needed in the final round.
The contest was held at the Turkmen Ak oy specially designed for intellectual contest. Ovezov Yagshymyrat, an 11th grade student of the 87th specialized secondary school of Ashgabat, Nurana Hudayberdiyeva, a 10th grade student of secondary specialized boarding school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi, Ovezgylyjov Kadyrmyrat, Bayliyev Hojamyrat, Akmyradov Kakageldi, 11th grade students of the same school, Halliyev Yhlas, a 10th grade student of the specialized music and boarding school under the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva, Meylisova Shasenem, an 11th grade student of the specialized school of Mary city of Mary velayat and Intizar Taganniyazova, 11th grade student of secondary school No. 22 specialized in English, Physics and Mathematics of Balkanabat city of Balkan velayat who advanced to the finals in the semi-finals participated in this stage of the game.
Chynar Rustemova, Hero of Turkmenistan, executive secretary of the National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO, Yazgylych Orazgylyjov, research fellow of the National Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts named after Magtymguly of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Historical Sciences, winner of the Prize in the field of "History, Culture, Literature and Fine Arts" of the Economic Cooperation Organization, Bilbil Mammedov, the head the National Drama Theater named after Alp Arslan as the Member of the “Pahimdarlar Gengeshi” in the final game of the intellectual contest and fairly judged.
As for the order of the final game, it consisted of 5 destinations as usual. The destinations were covered by the following topics:
Topic 1: The ideas and principles about Neutrality and good neighbourliness reflected in the book of our Hero-Arkadag entitled "Music of Peace, Music of Friendship and Brotherhood".
Topic 2: The Turkmen model of the policy of Permanent Neutrality and the world experience.
Topic 3: History and modern practice of preventive diplomacy.
Topic 4: Priorities of Turkmenistan's diplomacy.
Topic 5: Turkmenistan's Multilateral Diplomacy and Cooperation with International Organizations.
Among the questions that were asked of the students during the final game were questions such as the music performed by the Artist of Turkmenistan Akmyrat Chariyev from the film "Shukur bagshy". The question in mysterious box was also one of the most interesting questions. By the way, during the competition, Baky Rejepov, the grandson of the famous Ore Shyh from Gorogly district of Dashoguz region, and his great grandson, Gulbaba award-winning Kabe Shyh Bakiyev performed a scene from the film “Shukur bagshy”.
The last game was full of memorable moments. The results of the final game of the competition are:
3rd place was taken by Intizar Taganniyazova, 11th grade student of secondary school No. 22 specialized in English, Physics and Mathematics, Nurana Hudayberdiyeva, a 10th grade student of secondary specialized boarding school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy, Ovezgylyjov Kadyrmyrat, Akmyradov Kakageldi, 11th grade students of the same school;
2nd place was taken by an 11th grade student of the specialized school of Mary city of Mary velayat, Bayliyev Hojamyrat, an 11th grade student of secondary specialized boarding school named after Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi;
1st place was taken by Halliyev Yhlas, 10th grade student of the specialized music and boarding school under the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kuliyeva;
The main prize was won by Ovezov Yagshymyrat, an 11th grade student of the 87th specialized secondary school of Ashgabat.
The winners were awarded with valuable gifts prepared by the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly and other stakeholders, including the relevant certificates of our Institute.
By the way, the final game of the intellectual contest was sponsored by the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, the National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan, the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, the “Turkmenhaly” State Union, the "Abadan Haly" Open Joint Stock Company, “Aydin Gijeler” Economic Society, “Yedi Doganlar”, “Aybolek”, “Arzyly ada” private enterprises, “Muhammed Balkan” and “Sarayan” Economic Societies, which offers special work clothes for employees working in various fields.
