CREATIVE FESTIVAL “TALYP JOŞGUNY-2025”
On May 22, 2025, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the creative event titled “Talyp joşguny-
2025” (“Student enthusiasm – 2025”) . This creative festival was organized by the
Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after
Magtymguly and the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, and was held in
accordance with the noble principles of our Esteemed President.
Holding such a creative festival titled “Talyp joşguny – 2025” (“Student
enthusiasm – 2025”) has become a noble tradition among the higher education
institutions in our country. This creative festival brought together artistically
enthusiastic students who enthusiastically celebrated the country's high
achievements in 2025, the International Year of Peace and Trust. It also aimed to
introduce the younger generation to the importance of our national culture and to
foster students’ talents in the fields of art, music, and dance. The happy students
actively participated in this creative festival.
The festival was full of joy and excitement, featuring literary and musical
composition, comedy scene and artistic poetry reading, and dances prepared by
the students of the institute. Enthusiastic students also performed a comedy scene,
a piece of folklore, and a song praising the progress of our beloved Motherland
During the Revival of the New Era of Powerful State, large-scale programs and
modern projects are being successfully implemented in all sectors under the wise
leadership of our Hero Arkadag and our Esteemed President. It should be noted
that all the necessary conditions are being created for the development of our
national culture and art, as well as for the creation of modern, and perfect works.
Our esteemed President attaches great importance to the deep study of the ancient
history and cultural heritage of the Turkmen people. All this is invaluable for
educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism. The participants of the
festival expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag, and our Arkadagly Hero
Serdar.
