Honour given to scientific research
I am very pleased that I was able to win first place in the scientific
competition held among the youth of our country and received the high award from
our Esteemed President in the International Year of Peace and Trust, which marks
the 30 th anniversary of our Permanent Neutrality.
Thanks to the far-sighted initiatives of our Hero Arkadag and the efforts of
our Hero Arkadagly Serdar, the scientific and educational system of Turkmenistan
is developing rapidly, reaching the level of the most developed countries in the
world. All conditions are created for young people to get an education, engage in
science and creativity. Young people, who effectively use such favorable
opportunities, make a worthy contribution to enrich the national scientific system
with innovative scientific views, theoretical knowledge and inventions.
I participated in the competition held among young scientists with my
scientific work entitled «The Impact of Political Communication on Turkmen
Society». As is known, political communication is one of the main conditions that
influence the formation of political views and the social environment in society. It
is of great importance to study the Turkmen political communication system,
which calls for further strengthening a prosperous life, friendship and brotherhood
not only in Turkmen society, but also among the peoples of the world, and for the
further development of peaceful views. In the year of celebrating the glorious
anniversary of our country gaining the international legal status of neutrality
recognized by the UN, I aimed to study this topic more deeply on a scientific basis
in my research.
I am beyond words for the high appreciation given to my scientific work.
Taking this opportunity I wish a long life and strong health to the Head of State as
well as to the National Leader, who inspire young people to actively participate in
large-scale activities aimed at the further all-encompassing development of our
Motherland and create ample opportunities for these activities.
