Educational Counseling Session
On December 6, 2024, the Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports hosted an educational counseling session titled “Fount of Wisdom: Magtymguly Fraghi” on the occasion of the International Day of Neutrality. The event was attended by students studying journalism from higher educational institutions across the country. The theme of the session was “The Voice of Neutrality” Echoes Loudly: The Glory of the Motherland in the Language of Young Generations”.
The meeting included teachers and students of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
This curriculum-focused conference aimed to enhance professional training among journalism students, facilitate the exchange of ideas on leading international practices in this field, and to promote international cooperation. Participating institutions included the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Turkmen State Institute of Physical Education and Sports. The conference also explored joint achievements of creative teams, such as the "Student sports" program of the Institute of International Relations and "The Voice of the Young Diplomat".
Speakers at the seminar emphasized the importance of professional development for mass media representatives in addressing the needs of the modern society. Participants provided insightful recommendations on improving journalism education and enhancing the professional skills of media professionals.
