Annual Meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian countries
On December 8, 2021, the next annual meeting of the Deputy Foreign Ministers of the Central Asian countries was held. This year the meeting was held in the city Dushanbe, the capital of the Republic of Tajikistan. This meeting, which is being organized by the UN Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia, provides a great opportunity to exchange views on the further development of our region.
A special role was played by the participation in this dialogue of future young ambassadors of the Academy of Preventive Diplomacy. The participants of the academy became living witnesses of the event of such a scale that it left an inspiring impression on them. Moreover, in this dialogue, the participants of the academy were given the opportunity to convey their messages to representatives of the ministries of Foreign Affairs of their countries. During the dialogue, young people in their messages expressed their ideas on the spheres of education, health care, human rights, gender equality, ecology and offered their ideas for solving certain problems facing our region.
Atajan Rozybaev, the 4th year student of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Guncha Annageldieva, a 4th year student of the International University for Humanities and Development, had the honor to become representatives of the Academy of Preventive Diplomacy from Turkmenistan. A meeting of this level served as a great experience for them and allowed them to use the communication skills and leadership qualities that they learned to unleash at the Academy of Preventive Diplomacy.
