SCIENTIFIC SEMINAR “DIPLOMACY IS AN ART” WAS HELD
On March 12, 2025, in honor of the 17th anniversary of the establishment of the Turkmen National School of Diplomacy, a scientific seminar titled “Diplomacy is an Art” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was organized by the Department of Social Studies and teachers and students of the Institute attended to it. Senior Lecturer of the Department of Social Studies, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Ogulgurban Sapargeldiyevna Ezimova gave a speech. In her speech, she emphasized that our Hero Arkadag and our Honorable President, have defined key directions for Turkmen diplomacy, highlighting the significance and essence of newly introduced, scientifically based terms. She also emphasized that the opening of a training center for important fields of diplomacy at the institute, thanks to the efforts of our Hero Arkadag, is of great importance for young students.
The seminar was dynamic and engaging from the very beginning. During the seminar, speakers discussed the history of diplomacy, the legal foundations of diplomacy, Turkmenistan’s exemplary practice in international relations, key areas of the country's diplomacy, parliamentary diplomacy, and the significance of the establishment of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
At the end of the scientific seminar, the students found answers to the questions they were interested in.
