Online session dedicated to World Handwashing Day
On October 15, 2021, online session on the occasion of World Handwashing Day has been held at high organizational level with participation of schoolchildren of Ashgabat and velayat schools, as well as Young Ambassadors for Sustainable Development Goals. The event was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan in cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. Its main purpose was to increase the knowledge of students of secondary schools of our country about importance of cleanliness and adhering healthy lifestyles.
The training session conducted by the Young Ambassadors for Sustainable Development Goals were distinguished by its effectiveness. During the lesson, the importance of cleanliness and following healthy lifestyles was highlighted. In addition, schoolchildren had ample opportunities to address with the questions of their interest.
