A Training Session on Energy Diplomacy Held
On November 27, 2024, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted another training session on "Energy Diplomacy" as part of the training center dedicated to the priority directions of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan.
During the session, Kakajan Mommadov, a lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations, delivered an in-depth lecture on the topic "The External Energy Policy of Major Oil and Gas Exporting Countries: Saudi Arabia's Energy Policy and Diplomacy, Energy Issues in Foreign Policy of Iran, Algeria's External Energy Strategy, Energy Cooperation in Foreign Policy of Norway, and the Impact of Transnational Corporations on Global Energy."
The session highlighted the significance of energy diplomacy in the system of international relations, its development, as well as the main directions of energy diplomacy of Turkmenistan, their practical role, and international cooperation of our country in this field.
The session was highly informative and engaging for the students. They received comprehensive answers to the questions that they were interested in.
