A Seminar on “Foreign Policy of the Largest Oil and Gas Exporting Countries in the Field of Energy” Was Held
On July 10, 2025, a seminar on the theme “Foreign policy of the largest oil and gas exporting countries in the field of energy” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was conducted by Perhat Mahremov, a lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy.
P. Mahremov acquainted the audience with the main directions of the energy diplomacy of the leading oil and gas exporting countries. The lecture analyzed the strategies of these states, as well as their approaches to energy security and international cooperation. Special attention was paid to the mechanisms of international regulation and the prospects for the evolution of energy diplomacy in the context of modern global challenges faced by key energy suppliers.
This seminar has become an important contribution to the educational process, contributing to the expansion of students' knowledge and the strengthening of their professional competencies.
