TRAINING COURSE ON THE ENERGY DIPLOMACY
On May 31, 2025, a training course on “Regional Perspectives of Energy Diplomacy” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The training course was conducted by Begench Karayev, a senior lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Candidate of Philosophy. Regional perspectives of the Energy Diplomacy and contributions of Turkmenistan to the cooperation in Caspian Sea region were discussed during the training course.
The regional and worldwide unique industrial enterprises are operating, history and future development of which were denoted by Our Hero Arkadag in his book “Electric Power Might of Turkmenistan”. This valuable book provides information about the electric energy industry that is the most important factor in the development of the economy. Special attention has been paid to the development of the Energy industry since the Independence.
