A Conference Dedicated to the Motto of the Year Held at the Institute of International Relations
On March 27, 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a conference titled «Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of purposeful Winged Horses». Organized by the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism, the event was dedicated to the motto of the year and attended by the faculty members and students of the institute.
During the conference, speakers highlighted the profound significance of the 2026 motto: «Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan - Homeland of purposeful Winged Horses». Extensive discussions focused on the international events being held in the country this year, as well as the role of the state’s policy of permanent neutrality as a vital instrument for strengthening peace, security, and sustainable development both regionally and globally.
The participants noted that the regular organization of such conferences significantly contributes to enhancing the political awareness of young students and supports the development of essential professional skills for their future careers.
