A Training Seminar in Collaboration with UNICEF Was Held
On April 30, 2025, a seminar was held at the Institute of International
Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in cooperation with
the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan
with the participation of students of higher educational institutions of
Turkmenistan in order to implement the United Nations Children's Fund
(UNICEF) Program for Turkmenistan for 2021-2025. During the conference,
participants exchanged views on the importance of UNICEF's activities across the
country, issues related to child-centered social protection, ensuring their rights, and
developing future opportunities.
During the conference, Amanmyrat Myradov, a lecturer of the Department
of International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, spoke about the importance of the
work carried out within the framework of cooperation with UNICEF to improve
the living standards of the population, especially children, protect their rights and
expand their opportunities. The event also discussed the possibilities of
cooperation planned in this area in the coming years.
