THE SECURITY OF OUR LIFE – THE GUARANTEE OF OUR PEACE
On September 26, 2025, an educational seminar was conducted at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The event was organized by the Department of World Languages for students of the Faculties of International Relations, International Law, International Economic Relations, and International Journalism.
As is widely known, every September, Turkmenistan holds a nationwide decade of road safety focused on the campaign "Road Safety — The Comfort of Our Lives," which involves events and training to promote traffic rules and safe practices among citizens. Within the framework of this initiative, various activities are carried out nationwide across all sectors to promote road safety and awareness on the country’s roads.The campaign aims to educate the public, particularly children, on the importance of traffic rules, road signs, and safe road behavior.
In line with this, the Institute of International Relations also conducts regular awareness campaigns, including informational and motivational seminars.
During the educational seminar, comprehensive explanations and consultations were provided on traffic regulations, the importance of using designated pedestrian crossings, adherence to traffic signals, and maintaining proper discipline on the roads.
Throughout the seminar, students actively participated by asking questions related to road safety, to which detailed responses were given. In addition, students presented their own prepared presentations on traffic safety and shared their insights and reflections on the topic.
