Training course was organized by OSCE
On October 21–22, 2021, an online training course was held titled "Energy Diplomacy in the Oil and Gas Sector" at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This training course was organized by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) in Ashgabat. The representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, “Turkmengas” State Concern, “Turkmennebit” State Concern, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, the Institute of the Caspian Sea participated in this training course.
The main purpose of this training course is to implement Turkmenistan’s Energy diplomacy Development Program for 2021–2025, to review international priorities in the energy sector, to analyze global and regional trends, and to study the sustainable development of the oil and gas sector as an international energy security and sustainable development.
At the training course a number of comprehensive programs related to the oil and gas sectors were touched upon. During the training course, the ideas of the professors, scientists and experts were highlighted and their views and suggestions were also discussed. Thus, the course became a testament to the positive policy pursued by our highly esteemed President in the field of energy diplomacy.
The speeches at the training course made a great impression on the participants. This online training course was so effective and interesting for our students.
