UNFORGETTABLE MEETING
On January 17, 2025, the UNESCO club “Culture of Peace” of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a meeting with Anatoly Grigorievich Bushmakin, a specialist of the Department of Science of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences. Members of the UNESCO club “Culture of Peace”, faculty members and students attended in it.
For more than 20 years, senior scientist Anatoly Bushmakin has been sharing his rich scientific experience with students at the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, teaching them, and conducting scientific research. Starting from the 1950s, the scientist has made a great contribution to the development of geological science in our country for many years, worked in various positions at the “Turkmengeologiya” State Corporation, and has distinguished himself in conducting geological exploration in our country.
During the meeting, A. Bushmakin and young students had an interesting discussion about the natural resources of our country and their features. This meeting made a unique impression on each member of the UNESCO club “Culture of Peace”.
