YOUNG REPORTERS ATTENDED A TRAINING SESSION
A training session for young reporters was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on January 23, 2026. The young reporters representing media youth groups from higher educational institutions of the country participated in it.
The session focused on the upcoming AFC Champions League-Two in the Round of 1/8 between Turkmenistan’s “Arkadag” football club and Saudi Arabia’s “Al-Nassr”, scheduled to take place in Ashgabat on February 11. Some members of the media group participated via a digital platform.
The training session on the topic “Mastery of the Presenter at International Events” was conducted by Gulbahar Kulova, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Cinema and Television and Radio Arts of the Turkmen State Institute of Culture. In her presentation, she highlighted the significance of international cultural and sports events held in the country, the responsibilities of young journalists in covering such events, and, in particular, the professional skills required of a presenter involved in program preparation.
