23rd issue of the newspaper “The Voice of a Young Diplomat” published

Recently, the 23rd issue of the electronic newspaper “The Voice of a Young Diplomat”, published twice a month by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, has been published. In each speech, the material of this issue of the newspaper, published in three languages, one can clearly trace the high spirit of the first days of the new year, the rapid pace of the new stage in the development of the country. A striking confirmation of this is the thankful address of our esteemed rector to all members of the creative team of the newspaper. The message says, “I express my gratitude to all the members of the editorial board of the newspaper “The Voice of a Young Diplomat” and to the entire creative team for the work carried out in the perfect publication of the newspaper. On the front page of this issue of the newspaper, crowned with such remarkable achievements, there is an article by the teacher of the Department of World Languages Gulyalek Chopanova, dedicated to the poem of the Hero of Arkadag “My Homeland, Turkmenistan”. It reflects the enthusiastic feelings of pride for the wonderful poem written by the esteemed President in the new year, 2022, named the “Epoch of the people with Arkadag”, the analytical thoughts of the author, revealing the meaning of the poem.
Moreover, in this issue of the newspaper there is an article by the teacher of our Institute Mergen Mammetjumayev “Turkmenistan is a country of innovative development”, which describes the achievements in the development of technologies in our permanently neutral Motherland. It is also about the launch of the first artificial satellite on the basis of joint cooperation with the International Telecommunication Union, the successes in establishing the Electronic Government system, the milestones achieved and the long-term tasks in this area.
Furthermore, on the second page of our publication are the responses of our students. They include the response of a first-year student of the Faculty of Journalism Bereket Ovezgeldiyev “The ninth miracle of the octahedron”, written to the article by Aygul Myatiyeva “Eight wonders of the octahedron” published in the last issue of the newspaper, dedicated to the competition organized among school students “Young Messengers of Peace”. In it, the author evaluates as the ninth miracle the journalistic article by A. Myatiyeva, written from an analytical and philosophical position.
This issue also contains responses to the conversation of the musician and artist Bilbil Mammedova with students entitled “Is dutar Shukur bakhshi an instrument of national diplomacy?!”. Student Mengli Hojamuhammedova, in her Good News response, described her feelings of pride associated with the inclusion of the dutar into the UNESCO Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. On this page, you can also read the responses of the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute Gurbanmyrat Ashyrov and the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Relations Yhlas Torayev.
The third page of the electronic newspaper contains articles about international days declared by the UN and about well-known news agencies. It contains articles by the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute Annaberdi Kashanov “Ria Novosti is an authoritative agency” and 4th year students of the same faculty Novruz Kurbanova “International Day of Education” and Gozel Eminova “Handwriting Day”.
On the fourth page of the newspaper in the heading “Publicism of a young journalist” is the publication of the 1st year student of the Faculty of International Journalism Ajayyp Nobatova “Aýlanaýyn ak adyňdan ýylymyz”, which is dedicated to the year “The epoch of the people with Arkadag”. This publication will be of interest to every reader because it tells about the magnificent horse Yanardag and his pedigree, about the horse – one of the descendants of Yanardag, which Aba Annayev seized and expresses confidence that this year will be fertile and successful.
On the fifth page of the newspaper one of the favorite and most read pages. Since, under the headings “Turkmenistan in the international media space” and “World news”, the latest international news is published on it. The materials on this page were prepared by the 1st year students Annaberdi Kashanov, Ajayip Nobatova and Guljahan Garliyeva. The news by Annaberdi Kashanov was noted by the respected rector and posted on the digital educational portal iirmfa.nesil.edu.tm.
As you know, at present, under the leadership of the esteemed President, our historical personalities, great thinkers are treated with great respect. A vivid confirmation of this is the publication of the senior lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy Begench Karaev “Alp Arslan – the Great Commander and Diplomat”, placed on the sixth page of our electronic newspaper. This publication tells about the great diplomat, commander Alp Arslan, who left a deep mark in the history of Turkmen diplomacy. In addition, in this issue of the newspaper there is an article by the senior lecturer of the Department of World Languages of our Institute Maya Orazova written in English on OSCE, which widely reveals the history and structure of the OSCE and the effective cooperation carried out by our country with this organization.
On the seventh page of the 23rd issue of our newspaper under the heading “Prominent analytical journalism of the Motherland” there is an analytical article based on the documentary materials of our teacher-mentor Tyachgeldi Gutlyev “The horses set off (Atlar göni ýola düşdüler)”. It broadly reveals the features and significance of analytical journalism by the Honored Journalist of Turkmenistan Annabayram Payyaev.
On the last page of the electronic newspaper you can read the article by the 2nd year student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute, Aylar Atajykova “Ancient monuments – “Jemşit Jamlary” bowls of ancient history (Gadymy ýadygärlikler – goja taryhyň “Jemşit Jamlary)”, which is dedicated to historical monuments. It provides interesting information about the minaret Kutluk Timur, located on the territory of Konye -Urgench – the birthplace of 360 righteous people. Finally, in the section “Poetry” there are poems of 1st year students of the Faculty of International Journalism Batyrmuhammet Orazov and Halbibi Satlykova about love, philosophy.
