QUIZ "STATE SYMBOLS IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS"
The official state symbols of the country are the most important attributes of the sovereignty of the state. Respect for state symbols, knowledge of the basics of their proper use serve as indicators of both general and political culture in society. The state symbols reflect the centuries-old history of the people, the connection of the present with the past and guidelines for the future. In world practice, a trinity of official distinctive symbols of the state (the State Flag, the State Emblem and the State Anthem) has developed. In order to develop the cognitive interest of young people in the state symbols of the countries of the world - symbols of independence and statehood, the Department of World Languages conducts a quiz called "State symbols in international relations." The game will be held in Russian. We invite students from all faculties of the IIR MFA to take part in the quiz, which will be held on April 27, 2023 at 15:00 in the main building of the IIR MFA (hall for 200 people).
