AN EVENT ORGANIZED BY “THE NATIONAL RED CRESCENT SOCIETY OF TURKMENISTAN” WAS HELD
On September 14, 2026, an event titled "International Humanitarian Law and Multilateral Diplomacy" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was organized by the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan, the event took place within the framework of the project "Supporting the National Society's auxiliary role in humanitarian action."
During the event, a representative of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan delivered a presentation detailing the activities conducted by the Society—established in 1926—up to the present day. The presentation also covered the Law "On the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan," the Geneva Convention of August 12, 1949, and the Additional Protocol of June 8, 1977.
Additionally, students participated with great enthusiasm in answering questions prepared by representatives of the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan and received prizes for their efforts.
