The International Conference dedicated to the Neutrality of Turkmenistan was held
On December 24, 2021, an online international roundtable discussion was held dedicated to the Neutrality of Turkmenistan, jointly organized by an International and Socio-Political Research Center “Caspian-Eurasia" and the Astrakhan State Technical University.
During the conference, the sides discussed the issues, focused on the development of the cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Russian Federation in the field of science, education, culture and humanity and as well as the implementation of joint programs.

Divangulyeva, Senior teacher of the Department of Archeology and Ethnology of Magtymguly Turkmen State University, Candidate of Historical Sciences , O.S.Ezimova, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Head of the Department of Social Sciences of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, R.J.Shajiyev, Turkmen Language Teacher of Magtymguly Secondary School in Astrakhan, N.Izteleu, Head of the Center of “Green Technologies” of the Caspian University of Technologies and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov in Aktau and Director of the Research Institute, H. Bekiyeva, a first-year magistrate student of this university attended this roundtable discussion, held via digital system.
So, the students from Astrakhan State Technical University, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly also took an active part in this international roundtable discussion.
