Student Youth Supports the UN Resolution
On October 25, at a regular meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan was announced that the 78th session of the UN General Assembly had adopted the “United Nations Games” Resolution, initiated by our country and India. In this regard, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov proposed organizing a sporting event on November 2, encouraging everyone to walk along the Health Path together, following the principles of a healthy lifestyle.
The Health Path is a very popular location for sports and physical activities. The upcoming event aims not only to promote physical fitness but also serves as a symbol of the country’s commitment to national unity and a healthy way of life.
“During this event, we will also congratulate our athletes who have achieved great results in international competitions, thereby raising the prestige of our homeland, and we will ceremoniously present them with well-deserved awards,” said the President of Turkmenistan.
Caring for the health and harmonious development of the younger generation, as well as creating conditions for their engagement in sports and physical activities, has become an important direction in Turkmenistan’s state policy.
Under the guidance of the Esteemed President, comprehensive efforts continue throughout the country and society to promote sports education among young people. Advanced methods are being introduced to reinforce the principles of a healthy lifestyle.
In this context, a large-scale sports events will be held on the Health Path on November 2, with the participation of Faculties and students from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This event will undoubtedly contribute to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, instilling high moral and spiritual values in young people, and educating them in the best national traditions.
