An online lesson dedicated to the bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the European Union and Turkmenistan.
On June 3, 2021, an online lesson was held on the theme “Cooperation between Turkmenistan and the European Union” at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium Chary Atayev and the students of the Institute attended the online lesson which was organized by the heads of the diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad.
In the online lesson, the Ambassador spoke about the bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the European Union and Turkmenistan in the fields of security, trade-economy and as well as the cooperation in transport and energy diplomacy. The Ambassador underlined the great achievements which have been implemented in these fields. In his speech, he also emphasized the new projects and programs in the fields of education, environmental, economic projects, private entrepreneurship and agricultural supports which are being implemented nowadays.
So, the Ambassador highlighted that the bilateral and multilateral cooperation between the European Union and Turkmenistan is developing and strengthening in the year of “Turkmenistan is Homeland of Peace and Trust”. During the online lesson, the Ambassador underlined that one of the priorities of the foreign policy of our esteemed President is to develop cooperation with European Union countries.
At the end of the online lesson, the students asked interesting questions about the friendly relationship and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and Kingdom of Belgium.
