Conference dedicated to the results of the Turkmen-Hungarian negotiations
On June 10, 2023, a meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan dedicated to the results of the official visit of the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to Turkmenistan. The meeting was attended by the teachers and students of our institute. Speakers at the meeting spoke about the results of the Turkmen-Hungarian negotiations held at a highest level. As the esteemed President Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted, our country attaches great importance to the friendly relations established between Turkmenistan and Hungary on May 11, 1992. This is eloquently evidenced by the Turkmen-Hungarian talks held in Ashgabat. Everyone knows that during the Turkmen-Hungarian high-level talks held in Ashgabat on June 9, 2023 with the participation of the President of Turkmenistan, a wide range of issues were discussed. As a result of the negotiations, 8 documents were signed, covering various aspects of relations. Among the signed documents is the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of diplomatic training between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary. The speeches emphasized that the Turkmen-Hungarian cooperation has great potential for effective coordination of efforts in various fields. The agreements reached during the talks in Ashgabat this time opened up new horizons in Turkmen-Hungarian relations. At the end of the gratitude conference, held at the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy, its participants expressed their gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people - the Hero Arkadag, the respected President, who is implementing a huge work to develop the international authority of our Motherland.
