THE GOAL IS PERFECTION
On May 11-13, 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a special training course for students of the Institute within the framework of the International Scientific and Practical conference titled “The Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan: Cooperation for Peace, Security and Sustainable Development” and the III International Competition “International Relations: Culture of Peace Dialogue”.
Professors and Lecturers from all over the world came to take part in the Scientific-Practical conference and shared their ideas with our students about their fields of work. As well as the students of our Institute studying Chinese language listened to interesting presentations by the Chinese guests. In particular, on May 11, 2026, Wang Sihai, a Professor of the Institute of Politics and International Relations of Lanzhou University, the Director of the Center for Turkmenistan Studies, presented in detail his work, the Significance of the “Turkmenistan Studies” Center operating at Lanzhou University, and the goals of its launching. As well as the prominent scholar’s impressive speech about his searchings on philosophic concepts of Magtymguly Fragi and Chinese poets made deep impact on the students. Pu Sang, Assistant Professor of the School of Politics and International Relations of the Lanzhou University made a speech on the topic “From the Taste of China to the Civilization of China” and introduced rich culture of Chinese people. Discussions of participants the interesting questions with the Chinese scholar increased the significance of the meeting.
Consequently the seminar encouraged students to make worthy contribution to the strengthening the Turkmen-Chinese relations and inspired them to study Chinese language deeply.
