Event held at the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet
On March 13, 2025, a song and music event and excursion
organized by the First Women's Organization, the First Youth
Organization of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the “Ýaşlyk” TV channel on the
occasion of the National Spring Holiday - International Day of Novruz,
symbolizing peace, good neighborliness, renewal and revival of nature
were held at the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet. The event was
attended by Bibigozel Mammedova, the librarian of the State Library of
the State Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, Nurtach Muhammetnazarova,
an active member of the Central Council of the Women's Union of
Turkmenistan, a resident of Ashgabat, as well as members of the amateur
art group of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Speakers at the festive ceremony talked about the history, features
and unique traditions of Novruz - the most ancient holiday of mankind.
On the occasion of the International Year of Peace and Trust students of
the Institute performed songs to beautiful poems by outstanding figures of
Turkmen literature, glorifying the beauty of our nature and springtime.
Interesting speeches and beautiful music that sounded at the event
left pleasant impressions on the participants.
