Awarding Ceremony Was Held
On February 16, 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted the final ceremony of the creative competition titled “Bedew batly döwrüñ bagtly ýaşlary.” The event was held in celebration of the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan and the national year of “Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan: Land of Purposeful of Winged Horses.”
Following a series of impressive performances and creative presentations, the Aba Annayev International Academy of Horse Breeding was awarded the 1st place for its exceptional contribution. The 2nd place honors were shared by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.
The competition also recognized three institutions with 3rd place awards: the International University for the Humanities and Development (IUHD), Magtymguly Turkmen State University, and the Myrat Garryyev State Medical University of Turkmenistan. Furthermore, honorary diplomas were granted to the Turkmen State Institute of Finance and the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan for their noteworthy participation and creative spirit.
At the end of the ceremony, the participants expressed their deep gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag, and the Esteemed President Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the opportunities created for diplomats and the younger generation to shape a brighter future.
