EFFECTIVE LECTURE ON WATER DIPLOMACY
On December 20, 2022, Hemra Togalakov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Tajikistan, and Islam Ovezmuhammedov, Representative to the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea, delivered an effective lecture on water diplomacy at the Educational Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan, established at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The lecture was devoted to the initiatives of our esteemed President and our Hero Arkadag on water issues within the framework of the consultative meetings of the Central Asian states. Esteemed Ambassador Hemra Togalakov told about the ongoing work on the efficient use of water in the Central Asian region during the lecture. Additionally, Islam Ovezmuhammedov explored about the work of the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea and its structure, the activities carried out during the Chairmanship of Turkmenistan in the International Fund for Saving the Aral Sea. The lecture was very effective for the students and there was an interesting exchange of questions.
