THE FIRST TRAINING COURSE ON WATER DIPLOMACY
On October 3, 2025, the first stage of the "Water Diplomacy" course for the 2025-2026 academic year, organized by the Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan, was launched at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The course was conducted by Merjen Gurbannazarova, Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Law and Comparative Law Studies at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. First-year students from all specializations of the Institute participated in the training course.
During the training, the senior lecturer made a speech about the importance of creating a Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan and the role of international cooperation in water diplomacy in our country.
This first course on water diplomacy proved to be very effective for the students, who found answers to their questions.
