Ancestors’ advice is a model for youth
On May 3, 2022, with the participation of professors and students of the Institute a meeting was held dedicated to the 77th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 with a veteran of the Great Patriotic War Antonina Pavlovna Pryanichnikova as well as “Ancestors’ advice is a model for youth” (Patriotic lessons of Berdimuhamet Annayev, Malikguly aga) at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly organized with the Main Archive Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, a war veteran Antonina Pavlovna Pryanichnikova spoke about the importance of love for the Motherland, about the heroism during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, as well as on the battlefields how they with other brave compatriots, who adhered to the sacred moral and ethical norms of our ancestors, stood shoulder to shoulder with representatives of fraternal peoples and showed a high example of courage and patriotism those difficult times protecting the Motherland having a proud of importance of cohesion, unity and solidarity. Our veteran underlined how the pleasure of living in peace and harmony and living and seeing the fruits of unity and solidarity of nations are of importance.
At the meeting, with the support of the Main Archive Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, an exhibition was organized which was full of rich historical information and pictures of our brave, courageous ancestors who defended the freedom and independence of our country and the performance of songs of the war years made a strong impression on the participants.
At the end of the meeting, the participants thanked our esteemed President for his efforts aimed at strengthening peace and mutual understanding, the stability of the development of friendship and cooperation between countries, which is of importance for achieving global peace.
