Excursion and conversation in the capital's parks «Ylham» and «Atatürk Turkmen-Turkish Friendship»
On May 28, 2025, the head and active members of the "EcoClub" circle of the Department of World Languages of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan conducted an educational walk through the capital's parks «Ylham» and «Atatürk Turkmen-Turkish Friendship» in order to deepen their knowledge on the local flora and fauna, as well as to develop a sense of love and responsibility for the environment.
The event, organized by the head of the Сlub Maya Charyeva, began with an introductory lecture on the importance of preserving biodiversity and the role of each person in maintaining the ecological balance. Then the students went on a walk through the parks, during which they observed various species of plants and animals, studied their interactions and learned about the problems facing the local ecosystem. The purpose of this event is not only to give students theoretical knowledge, but also to show them the beauty and value of nature, to inspire them to take active actions to protect the environment. A walk in the park is a great opportunity to see everything with your own eyes and feel a connection with nature. During the walk, students took photos, made sketches and took field notes. The materials obtained will be used to create presentations and reports that will be presented at the next EcoClub meeting. Holding such events not only enhanсes the students' horizons, but also contributes to the formation of an environmentally responsible generation ready to contribute to the preservation of our planet. “EcoClub” plans to continue holding such off-site events, expanding the geography of its research and involving more and more students in its activities.
