The Winners of the 4th Season of the Intellectual Competition "Young Messengers of Peace" Were Announced
On May 7, 2025, the final game of the 4th season of the intellectual competition "Young Messengers of Peace" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The theme of the final game was "Triumph of the Peace-keeping Potential of Neutral Turkmenistan."
The IV season of the competition was held under the general motto "Peacekeeping Diplomacy of Neutral Turkmenistan Is a Reliable Instrument for Effective Cooperation and Sustainable Development." This is based on the fact that, by the initiative of Turkmenistan, the UN General Assembly Resolution declared 2025 the "International Year of Peace and Trust." More than 800 schoolchildren from all over the country took part in the qualifying stage of the season. This indicates an increase in the number of young people wishing to take part in the intellectual competition. The 4th season of the competition consisted of 8 qualifying games, 2 semi-final games, and the final game.
The finalists of the competition were: Atajan Atadurdyev, the 12th-grade student of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi Specialized Boarding School in Ashgabat; Jeyhun Hojageldiyev, the 11th-grade student of the same school; Medine Myratberdiyeva, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 16 in Ashgabat; Gulshat Meredova, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 90 with in-depth Study of Foreign Languages in Ashgabat; Resul Baymyradov, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 52 with in-depth Study of Foreign Languages in Ashgabat; Jemal Hallyeva, the 11th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 4 in Arkadag; Arzuv Shyhyeva, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 24 of the Dashoguz velayat and Kakajan Shohradov, the 10th-grade student of the Secondary School No. 9 of the Sayat etrap of the Lebap velayat.
The final game of the fourth season of the intellectual competition was judged by Begench Karaev, Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences; Yazgylych Orazgylyjov, Senior Researcher at the Magtymguly Institute of Language, Literature and National Manuscripts of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, Doctor of Historical Sciences; Begmuhammet Meredov, the Head of the Department of Digital Systems and Information Security of the Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.
The results of the final game of the IV season of the intellectual competition "Young Messengers of Peace" were determined as follows:
Grand Prix – Atajan Atadurdyev, the 12th-grade student of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi Specialized Boarding school in Ashgabat.
1st place – Resul Baymyradov, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 52 with in-depth Study of Foreign Languages in Ashgabat;
2nd place – Medine Myratberdiyeva, the 12th-grade student of the Specialized Secondary School No. 16 in Ashgabat;
3rd place – Jeyhun Hojageldiyev, the 11th-grade student of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashi Specialized Boarding School in Ashgabat.
After the final game, an awarding ceremony for the winners was held in the conference hall of the Institute. The winners of the competition were awarded diplomas and medals of our Institute, as well as valuable gifts prepared by sponsors. The young messenger who won the Grand Prix of the competition was awarded the Rolling Cup of the intellectual competition "Young Messengers of the Peace."
The sponsors of the final game of the intellectual competition were the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, the National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan and the open joint-stock company "Abadan haly."
It is noteworthy that following the results of three successfully held seasons of the competition, 32 young messengers who distinguished themselves with their abilities are currently receiving higher education at the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy.
The final game of the IV season of the intellectual competition "Young Messengers of Peace" was recorded jointly by the “Miras” TV channel of the State Committee for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography of Turkmenistan and the educational studio of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The broadcast of the final game of the competition will be available to viewers on the “Miras” TV channel in the coming days.
