THE II SEMI-FINAL GAME OF THE II SEASON OF THE INTELLECTUAL COMPETITION “YOUNG MESSENGERS OF PEACE”
On April 28, 2023, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the II semi-final game of the II season of the intellectual competition “Young Messengers of Peace” has been held. The theme of the II semi-final game of the competition, held under the main slogan «Dialogue is a guarantee of peace: the culture of peace in the diplomatic heritage of the ancient era», was called «Dialogue of civilizations is the fundamental basis for human peace».
Azat Amansahedov, the 10th grade student of the 43rd specialized secondary school in the city of Shatlyk of Sakarchage etrap of Mary velayat, Dovletmyrat Arazov, the 11th grade student of the 86th specialized secondary school in Ashgabat, Shyhdurdy Shyhyyev, the 11th grade student of the 24th secondary school of the city of Dashoguz of Dashoguz velayat, Sahedova Aygul, the 10th grade student of the 35th specialized secondary school of Sakarchage etrap of Mary velayat, Allanazar Atayev, the 11th grade student of the 16th specialized secondary school in Ashgabat, Sahydovlet Hummetjumayev, the 11th grade student of the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy specialized boarding school in Ashgabat, Gulsere Garryjayeva, the 11th grade student of the 22nd specialized secondary school with in-depth study of English, physics and mathematics in the city of Balkanabat of Balkan velayat, Davut Gezerov, the 11th grade student of the specialized secondary school with in-depth study of the English language and humanitarian subjects in the city of Mary of Mary velayat took part in the II semi-final game of the II season.
As members of the “Council of Advisers” in the II semi-final game of the II season of the intellectual competition, the Executive Secretary of the National Commission for UNESCO Chynar Rustemova, Head of the Department of Social Sciences of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, candidate of historical sciences, professor Meretguly Ovliagulyev and Shamuhammet Akmyradov, senior lecturer at the Department of World History of Magtymguly Turkmen State University fairly judged the competition.
According to the results of competition, Azat Amansahedov, the 10th grade student of the 43rd specialized secondary school in the city of Shatlyk of Sakarchage etrap of Mary velayat, Dovletmyrat Arazov, the 11th grade student of the 86th specialized secondary school in Ashgabat, Sahedova Aygul, the 10th grade student of the 35th specialized secondary school of Sakarchage etrap of Mary velayat and Davut Gezerov, the 11th grade student of the specialized secondary school with in-depth study of the English language and humanitarian subjects in the city of Mary of Mary velayat were declared the winners of the II semi-final game.
As a result, the winners advanced to the final. As we reported earlier, the first semi-final game of the second season of the intellectual competition was held on April 27, 2023 and four pupils who won it got the right to participate in the final game. Thus, all the participants of the final game of the second season of the “Young Messengers of Peace” intellectual competition in the academic year 2022-2023 have been announced.
The Central Council of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan, National Archery Federation of Turkmenistan, “Abadan Haly” Open Joint-Stock Company, “Aýdyň Gijeler” economic society, “Ýedi Dogan” Private Enterprise, “Muhammet Balkan” Private Enterprise, “Geljege Miras” Private Enterprise, the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater of Turkmenistan, the Saparmyrat Turkmenbashy the Great Museum of Fine Arts were sponsors of the competition. The winners and participants of the competition were awarded with valuable gifts prepared by sponsors and Diplomas of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The II semi-final game of the II season of the intellectual competition “Young Messengers of Peace” was recorded jointly by the “Miras” TV channel and the educational studio of the Institute. The competition will be broadcasted on “Miras” TV in the coming days.
