COMPREHENSIVE LECTURE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS AND DIPLOMACY OF THE OTTAMAN EMPIRE WAS HELD
On December 13, 2023, lecture dedicated to the IV qualifying game of the intellectual competition "Young Messengers of Peace" on the theme of "International relations and foreign policy of the Ottoman Empire in the XVII-XVIII centuries" was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. This lecture was organized by the “School of Young Diplomats”. As we know, the III season of the "Young Messengers of Peace" intellectual competition is held under the slogan "The teachings of the great Magtymguly Pyragy - the national guideline of human values". At the beginning of the lecture, Ayna Baymuradova, a senior instructor of the Department of Social Sciences of our institute, gave an introductory speech and introduced the students to the topic of today's lecture. The lecture was conducted by Ahmet Annaberdiyev, a senior instructor of the Department of Social Sciences of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance. The experienced lecture gave the participants a comprehensive understanding of the foreign policy and international relations of the Ottoman Empire in the above-mentioned centuries, sultans, commanders and economic development that left its traces in history. The lecture was combined with the students’ questions. Influential lecture ended with the applause of the students.
