METHODOLOGICAL TRAINING SESSION WAS HELD
On March 26, 2026, an online methodological training session was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the topic «Correct Selection of Scientific Publications in International Scientific-metric Databases: Quartiles (Q1-Q4), impact factors and selection criteria». Professors and teachers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as higher educational institutions of our country participated the training session.
The training session was held with the aim of implementing the measures envisaged in the Roadmap for 2026 to coordinate the publication of articles in journals indexed in international scientific and technical information resources (platforms). The presentation was based on detailed references and practical examples, which increased the effectiveness of the session and provided valuable experience for the lecturers.
At the end of the training, participants had the opportunity to ask questions and exchange views, making the online session highly engaging and productive. Holding such training seminars is important for studying international scientific and technical information sources, publishing articles in indexed journals, and increasing understanding of various bibliometric indicators.
