Consecutive round of training sessions on Sustainable Development Goals has begun
Consecutive round of training sessions has begun at the State Museum and State Library of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan, which is organized by the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in accordance with the agreed program for the 2020-2021 academic year. Speeches by the representatives of the Hakimlik of Ashgabat city, Ministry of Industry and Construction Materials, Ministry of Finance and Economy and Caspian Institute of Turkmenistan on the 6th, 9th, 11th and 12th Sustainable Development Goals are planned.
On May 31, 2021 at the State Museum of the State Cultural Centre of Turkmenistan a training session on Sustainable Development Goal 11 Sustainable Cities and Communities was held with the participation of representatives of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals and Hakimlik of Ashgabat city. During the session, the great achievements of our country in this field under the wise leadership of our esteemed President were discussed in detail. In particular, the importance of Ashgabat-City, which is a new modern smart city that includes new buildings and facilities and is built on the basis of digital technologies and intellectual systems and the new state-of-the-art administrative center of Ahal velayat for further improving the living standards of the country's population was highlighted.
