ONLINE TRAINING SESSION WAS HELD FOR VOLUNTEERS
On March 25, 2026 an online training session was held for volunteers. The session was conducted in line with the training program for volunteers and interpreters who will assist in various international political, scientific, cultural, and sporting events scheduled in Turkmenistan in 2026. These events coincide with the year’s motto: “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – the Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses”, the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence, and our country's chairmanship in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
During the session, Nurberdy Amanmyradov, Senior Lecturer at the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, delivered a lecture titled “The 35th Anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence and the Policy of Permanent Neutrality: Turkmenistan's International Prestige”. He delivered a lecture extensively on the role of diplomacy in international relations.
The session was attended by selected student volunteers from various higher education institutions across the country, as well as the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During the training, the students asked relevant questions and received comprehensive answers. The training session helped to enhance the young volunteers’ knowledge of international relations and diplomacy.
