Investment strategy is a prerequisite for economic development. As previously reported, the investment forum of Turkmenistan, Which began its work in the capital and the head exhibition, an international consultation on attracting high technologies and innovations to the country’s economy, the exhibition “HI-TECH Turkmenistan 2024” continued on the second day. Issues relatiate to major projects in the country and the further development of international coorperation in this area were included in the agenda of the large- scale business events organization jointly by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs,Finance, and Economy,as well as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.On September 11th,2019,during the second working day of the international conference and exbilition on high-teach innovation in the economic of Turkmenistan took part in a groundbreaking ceremony for multifaceted through telecommunication at the Yildiz Hotel. As far as we know,the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan gas pipeline is the main stage in the contruction of the Turkmen-Afghan-Pakistani gas pipeline, along with the Serkhetabat-Herat gas pipeline. The event also led to and increase in interest in our country from guests who attented the ceremony for laying the foundation and putting into operation communication systems. After that, a second part of the form was held on the topic of “Electronic government, information centers, development of innovative technologies, and green energy”, and the third part focused on the theme of “The New Era of Artificial Intelligence (AI)”.
The opinions expressed in the relevant sections clearly show that there are huge opportunities to increase the export potential of the main sectors of the country's economy, to increase interest of foreign investors in strengthening their position in the promising Turkmen market, and continuously activate international cooperation. According to organizers of the forum, presentation ceremony of the new artificial intelligence project developed by Turkmen scientists and engineers will be one of the main events of event. This project means that important stage in digitization of Turkmen economy has been mastered and shows the country's readiness actively introduce advanced technologies into various areas of industry and state administration.
Later, within the framework of the forum, presentations were organized by GFR "Rid Batteries GmbH", HHR "Sinotruk International"as well as the "Shantui" company, about the possibilities of cooperation with Turkmenistan in important fields such as energy, fuel and energy complex, the chemical industry and water industry. This demonstrates that Turkmenistan, which is on the path of harmonious development in all areas and has a strong economy, has the necessary conditions to attract companies foreign companies and investors for effective business. This is significent for the continued development of active relations and the implementation of joint projects on a high level.
On the second day of the forum, the results of the competition "Hi-Tech Startup Turkmenistan - 2024"competition aimed at supporting young entrepreneurs and promoting digital development in Turkmenistan were announced. The goal of the contest is to identify young people engaged in software development and innovation that can be applied in the national economy in the future. Winners presented their innovative projects to leading companies in the country and abroad and had access to investment and cooperation opportunities. Participants were awarded with diplomas for their achievements.
Students and teachers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs took an active part in the investment forum inTurkmenistan as well as exhibitions, and an international conference on high technologies and innovations in the economy of Turkmenistan at the International Science and Technology Park at the Academy of Sciences. Various talks, reports, and heartwarming guest speeches were held during the organization studio at the institute . This provides an excellent opportunity for future international specialists to improve their work skills and knowledge through practice experience.
