The meeting was held
On May 25, 2021, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a meeting dedicated to the importance of the agreement signed on January 29, 2021 between Turkmenistan, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on jointly managing, protecting and nominating to the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage List the branches of the Great Silk Road Zerevshan-Karakum Passage. Organized by the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Institute, the conference was attended by members of the Young Economists Scientific Club and the teaching staff.
The interim head of the Department of International Economic Relations, Senior Lecturer P. Charyev, Senior Lecturer B. Mesov, Lecturer of the Department G. Berdiyev and others delivered speeches at the conference. They stressed that in the book of our highly esteemed President "Turkmenistan - the Heart of the Great Silk Road" it is highlighted that this historical phenomenon had reached a high point as a unique factor that had a significant impact on the development of the whole human civilization.
In addition, within the framework of the conference results the presentation contest dedicated to the 140th anniversary of the founding of Ashgabat were summed up. According to the results of the competition, 4th year student of the Faculty of International Economic Relations T. Ballyeva took 1st place, 2nd year student of the same Faculty M. Hojamyradov 2nd place, 3rd year student of the that Faculty D. Tejenov 3rd place, as well as 1st year student B. Berdiyeva took 3rd place.
On behalf of the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, the winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places were awarded with souvenirs.
At the end of the conference, the participants expressed their heartfelt gratitudes to our highly esteemed President.
