A Creative Meeting Dedicated to the 300th Anniversary of the Birth of Magtymguly Pyragy
On May 1, 2024, a creative meeting dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and poet Magtymguly Pyragy was held at the Erkin Creative Space in Ashgabat, organized by the editors of the "Garagum" magazine and the Turkmen State Publishing Service. Leading writers and poets, creative workers of newspapers and magazines, as well as students studying journalism at higher educational institutions of Turkmenistan took part in it.
At this creative meeting, they mainly spoke about the activities carried out at the international level by our Hero Arkadag, Arkadagly Serdar, to introduce our sage and poet Magtymguly Pyragy to the world, and promoting his works amongst our youth. Also, during the meeting, the students' performance of their poems dedicated to the works of the sage raised the spirit of the event participants.
This solemn event held in the year "The Fount of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy," which will celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great wordsmith Magtymguly Pyragy, plays an important role in attracting young people to study the writings of the poet in more detail and to to grow into patriots with pure morals, and perfect professionals.
